Terms of Use

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play and make purchases with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Game.

2. Your license to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play you downloaded it from.

You may not:

• copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the Game or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the Game's source code, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use cheats, bots, hacks, modified clients or any software that changes the Game or gives an unfair advantage;
• exploit bugs instead of reporting them, or interfere with our servers or other players;
• buy, sell or trade accounts or virtual items outside the Game;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

3. Your account

You can sign in with Apple or Google to save your progress and continue on other devices. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple or Google account secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

You can delete your account at any time from the Game's settings or by contacting us. If you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, we may suspend or close your account after, where reasonable, warning you first.

4. Virtual currency, items and purchases

4.1 Virtual items

The Game contains virtual currency and items (for example cash, boosters, lives and car parts) that can be earned by playing or bought with real money. Virtual items are a license to use content within the Game only. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, and cannot be transferred to another player. We may change how virtual items work for game balance reasons, but we will not remove items you paid for without a valid reason.

4.2 Purchases and refunds

All purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Prices are shown in the Game before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies – you can request one through your App Store or Google Play account.

4.3 Subscriptions

Some offers may be subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the Game or your account does not cancel a subscription.

4.4 Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Virtual items and content are delivered to you immediately after purchase. By completing a purchase, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the item has been delivered to your account. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or was not delivered.

5. Advertising

The Game is free to play and is supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional and give you an in-game reward for watching them; the reward is only given after the ad has been completed. Other ads may appear between levels. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for products and services they promote. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Game and all of its content – including code, characters, story, cars, artwork, music, sound effects, the name “Legend Cars Custom” and its logo – belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.

All characters, companies and stories in the Game are fictional. Vehicles in the Game are original designs and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed from any car manufacturer.

7. Changes to the Game and to these Terms

We continuously update the Game and may add, change or remove features. We may also update these Terms. If a change significantly affects you, we will let you know in the Game before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may stop playing and delete your account; continuing to play means you accept them.

We may stop offering the Game. If we do, we will give reasonable advance notice in the Game where possible.

8. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to make the Game fun and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that your progress will never be lost.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Apple App Store additional terms

If you downloaded the Game from Apple's App Store, your use of the Game is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These Terms apply in addition to the Standard EULA; if the two conflict, the Standard EULA prevails with respect to your license to use the Game on Apple devices. In particular:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.
• Your license is limited to using the Game on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the Game.
• If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the Game.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Game, including product liability claims, claims that the Game fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection or privacy claims, and claims that the Game infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Google Play additional terms

If you downloaded the Game from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for the Game or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

If you have a problem, please contact us first – most issues can be solved quickly by email. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. General

• If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
• If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not give up that right.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Game.
• We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another party, for example if the Game is sold, provided this does not reduce your rights.
